As an Export Manager in the Tea Industry, your role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, expanding markets, ensuring operational efficiency, managing client and distributor relations, leveraging cultural and market knowledge, monitoring performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining quality assurance, and resolving problems effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze international customer trends to design sales plans meeting their needs. - Develop sales activities based on customer requirements. - Identify new business opportunities and potential customers in different countries. - Ensure sales and marketing activities align with budgets and timeframes. - Build strong relationships with clients, shipping companies, and customs officials. - Develop understanding of cultural, business, and political environments in target countries. - Continuously review distributor performance and provide insights to management. - Ensure adherence to international trade laws and regulations. - Maintain high standards for tea products and resolve problems effectively. Desired Qualifications: - Proven expertise in Strategic Planning, International Trade Development, Logistics, and Pricing Strategies. - Experience with Export-Import Functions and Brand Development. - Demonstrated capability in market expansion and distributor management. - Highly organized with exceptional process management skills. - Proficient in managing Profit and Loss for sales operations. - Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. - MBA/PGD preferred in International Business, Sales & Marketing, or Export & Import. - Additional certification in Export/Import from renowned institutions is desirable.
