The candidate should have Excellent knowledge of Exports documentations ,Should be fluent in Excel , Maintaining Files (Hard & Soft) Monitor all Export Transactions and review customer response for all orders and payments. Experience of dealing with bank process related to issuance of BRC's. Verify and match the quantity figures with the raised invoice. Coordinate with the transporter to send the container to ICD's. Coordinate for loading and unloading of the material. Responsible to submit the Shipping bill , Bill of entry to accounts. Follow up with customers for Orders & payments and send the confirmations. Coordinate timely dispatch of material to the customers. Intimate the dispatch status to all the customers via emails and phone. Knowledge about the GST and Filing of documents with Customs.
