Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Prepare Quotations based on the outputs given by sales team
Procure/ Negotiating rates for air, Sea Export/ Import Shipments
Receive and acknowlwdge each and every incoming inquiry within stipulated time
Expereince in Air pricing is also an added advantage
Log inquiry, procure rates from origin location and quote within stipulated time
Compile a fortnightly report of quotes made and their output
Follow up with destinations for outcome/ re negotiation and with customers to confirm shipment after quotation
