Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Export Documentation Executive.

• Day to day entries of assigned regions in Tally
• Prepare Pre & Post-Shipment documents like Invoice, Packing List, Shipping details, GSP/Certificate of Origin & related documents, L/C.
• Prepare Pre & Post-Shipment Bill of lading, Proforma invoice & Commercial invoice
• Co-ordination with the shipping agents for the execution of shipment and other export related responsibilities like obtain, tracking, scheduling information
• Coordination with, CHA, freight forwarders and Shipping Agents regarding shipments,
• Preparing Commission Payments & Checking
• Preparing of All Kinds of shipping line payments checking Freight & FOB
• Follow up for payment confirmation against shipments with line and get BL released
• Prepare BRC details and submit in bank
• Follow up on uploading of BRC from bank
• Preparing Statement EPCG license and trading house
• Ensuring compliance with export regulations on a daily basis

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors in any discipline
• 3-4yrs experience in export documentation
