The Document Executive is responsible for handling, organizing, maintaining, and securing company documents. This role ensures proper documentation control, filing, and retrieval systems are maintained in compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements. The Document Executive will coordinate with various departments to ensure all documentation is accurate, up to date, and easily accessible. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain all company documents, records, and files (physical & digital). Ensure proper document control procedures are followed (filing, numbering, labeling, archiving). Receive, review, and verify incoming documents for accuracy and completeness. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive documents. Support departments with document preparation, formatting, and distribution. Track and update document revisions, versions, and approvals. Assist in audits by providing required records/documents. Implement and monitor compliance with company document management policies. Coordinate with internal teams for timely submission and retrieval of records. Maintain registers, logs, and trackers for document status and movement. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, Commerce, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in document control, administration, or record management (preferred). Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Good organizational and filing skills (both manual and digital). Attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Familiarity with document management software (DMS) is an added advantage.
