Job Description

As a Document Executive, you will be responsible for handling, organizing, maintaining, and securing company documents. Your role will involve ensuring proper documentation control, filing, and retrieval systems are maintained in compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements. You will also coordinate with various departments to ensure all documentation is accurate, up to date, and easily accessible. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain all company documents, records, and files (both physical and digital formats). - Ensure adherence to proper document control procedures including filing, numbering, labeling, and archiving. - Receive, review, and verify incoming documents for accuracy and completeness. - Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive documents. - Provide support to departments with document preparation, formatting, and distribution. - Keep track of and update document revisions, versions, and approvals. - Assist in audits by providing necessary records and documents. - Implement and monitor compliance with company document management policies. - Coordinate with internal teams for the timely submission and retrieval of records. - Maintain registers, logs, and trackers to monitor document status and movement. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Administration, Management, Commerce, or related field. - 1-3 years of experience in document control, administration, or record management preferred. - Strong knowledge of MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. - Excellent organizational and filing skills in both manual and digital formats. - Attention to detail and accuracy in document handling. - Effective communication and coordination skills. - Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. - Familiarity with document management software (DMS) is an added advantage. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth. The job location is in Kangayam, Tamil Nadu, and work will be conducted in person.
