We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Documents Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining all business documentation accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, review, and organize business and shipment-related documents as per company and client requirements. Maintain complete records of all documentation in both digital and physical formats. Communicate effectively through email and call for document sharing, follow-ups, and coordination with clients or internal teams. Ensure documents comply with company policies and procedures. Coordinate with various departments to collect necessary information for documentation. Assist in preparing invoices, agreements, and reports as needed. Update and track document status using Excel and maintain document logs regularly. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Basic knowledge of English (reading, writing, and communication). Understanding of email handling and document formatting. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Education and Experience: Minimum qualification: Graduate or Diploma (preferred in Commerce, Business Administration, or relevant field).
