Experience Manager - Converge Converge

Mumbai, Full Time

Roles and Responsibilities

The Experience Manager will be the strategic leader responsible for defining and executing the campus-wide experience strategy. This role will own Converge operations, app deployment, service level agreements (SLAs), budgets, revenue plans, and ESG objectives to ensure a premium and sustainable workplace environment. The Experience Manager will lead and mentor the Customer Relationship Manager and senior team leaders, driving long-term tenant retention and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities


  • Own and execute campus-wide strategy, including Converge App deployment, amenity management, budget adherence, revenue generation, and sustainability goals.

  • Manage, mentor, and align CRM and senior leaders towards tenant retention and business outcomes.

  • Oversee premium service delivery, facility management, and operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate with leasing, marketing, and partnerships to optimize revenue and brand strategy.

  • Monitor tenant satisfaction, financial performance, and operational KPIs.

  • Represent the campus in leadership forums and corporate strategy alignment.

  • Drive continuous innovation in tenant services, technology, and ESG initiatives.

  • Lead risk management and compliance to protect campus operations and reputation.

  • Develop training and development programs to enhance team capability and service culture.

  • Facilitate vendor and contract management ensuring optimal service standards and cost-efficiency.

Preferred qualifications


  • Bachelor s degree in hospitality, Property, or Facilities Management.

  • Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in luxury hospitality, integrated facilities, or real estate operations.

  • Proven track record in amenity management, client engagement, and team leadership.

  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of P&L management.

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-impact workplace experiences in premium environments.
