Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate the work of expeditors to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Develop and implement effective expediting strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance processes.
Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize operations.
Train and mentor new hires to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities.
Monitor and control expenses to ensure they are within budget.

Job Requirements

Minimum 12 years of experience in expediting or a related field, preferably in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of expediting principles, practices, and procedures.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Experience with team management and coaching is desirable.
