Expat Housing & Relocation Manager

Role Overview: As a Manager Residential leasing and Destination services for Expat at Lex Visas Pvt. Ltd. in Pune, your primary responsibility will be to lead the premium residential real estate services for expatriates and NRIs. This role involves managing leasing and property transactions, client engagement, market research, and team supervision. Your strong leadership, real estate expertise, and customer-centric approach will be crucial for success in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Client Consultation & Relocation Support - Manage end-to-end relocation support including temporary housing, customized relocation plans, and property search coordination. - Facilitate smooth onboarding for expatriate families, resolving issues, and providing cultural orientation. - Offer guidance on immigration, compliance, and connect families with local services. - Ensure a seamless settling-in experience through personalized assistance and continuous support. - Real Estate & Property Management - Build and maintain relationships with broker networks and landlords. - Curate a database of premium, expat-friendly homes for lease. - Lead the team in creating detailed property listings and program itineraries. - Conduct market surveys to identify suitable properties for expatriates. - School Search Support - Assess the educational needs of expatriate children. - Recommend suitable international schools in Pune and arrange school tours. - Provide school brochures and application forms, assisting with applications. - Settling-In Services - Introduce expatriates to society rules, amenities, and local connections. - Support with bank account setup, hiring help, and access to local services. - Provide 15-day post-move-in support for tenancy-related matters. - Lease Termination & Departure Program - Coordinate end-to-end lease closure, including property inspections and documentation. - Manage repair coordination, utility settlements, and final property handover. - Support in recovering security deposits and ensuring smooth property exit formalities. Qualification Required: - Any Graduate from a Reputed Institute. MBA preferred - 4-7 years of experience in Client interaction & Transaction in the Real Estate Broking Industry - Residential Leasing and Buying/Selling. - Thorough understanding of Punes localities and premium property market - Must own a two/four-wheeler and be based in Pune Lex Visas Pvt.
