You are a proactive and customer-focused Manager for Residential Leasing and Destination Services for Expats in Pune. In this role, you will lead premium residential real estate services for expatriates and NRIs, managing leasing and property transactions, client engagement, market research, and team supervision. Your responsibilities include end-to-end relocation support, real estate and property management, school search support, settling-in services, lease termination, and departure program coordination. Client Consultation & Relocation Support: - Manage relocation support such as temporary housing, customized plans, and property search. - Facilitate smooth onboarding for expatriate families and provide guidance on immigration and local services. - Ensure a seamless settling-in experience through personalized assistance. Real Estate & Property Management: - Build strong relationships with broker networks and landlords. - Curate a database of expat-friendly homes for lease and create detailed property listings. - Conduct market surveys to identify suitable properties for expatriates. School Search Support: - Assess educational needs of expatriate children and recommend suitable international schools. - Arrange school tours, provide brochures and application forms, and assist with applications. Settling-In Services: - Provide guidance on society rules, local amenities, and connections to expat clubs. - Support with bank account setup, hiring domestic help, and useful local apps. - Offer post-move-in support for tenancy-related matters. Lease Termination & Departure Program: - Coordinate end-to-end lease closure, manage repair coordination, and ensure smooth property exit formalities. - Support in recovering security deposits and managing property handover. Key Skills & Other Traits: - Exceptional communicator and negotiator with a proactive approach. - Strong IT skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. - In-depth knowledge of Pune's localities and real estate market. - Must own a two/four-wheeler and be based in Pune.
