We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth. This is a unique role for a sales professional who is not only adept at selling a diverse range of agency services but also possesses proven experience in exhibition sales. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and will be instrumental in managing our presence at an upcoming exhibition in Chandigarh. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our client portfolio across all service offerings such as digital marketing, photography, social media, PR, and website design. - Identify and prospect new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and industry events. - Tailor service packages to effectively address client needs and marketing goals. - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships as a trusted advisor. - Create compelling sales proposals and presentations, negotiate contracts, and close agreements to maximize profitability. - Collaborate with service delivery teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded. - Lead and manage all sales activities related to participation in exhibitions, focusing on the upcoming event in Chandigarh. - Implement a comprehensive exhibition sales strategy to attract visitors, generate leads, and secure deals or follow-up meetings. - Target potential attendees and exhibitors for partnership opportunities, manage booth presence, train supporting staff, and oversee pre and post-exhibition efforts. - Track and report on exhibition sales performance, set individual and team sales targets, provide ongoing feedback and coaching, and foster a positive sales culture. - Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and deals in the CRM system, and provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management. Qualifications & Experience: - Proven success in a sales management role, preferably within a marketing agency or related creative services industry. - Experience in selling various marketing services, including digital marketing, photography, social media, PR, and website design. - Verifiable experience in exhibition sales, lead generation, booth management, and achieving sales targets at trade shows or exhibitions. - Strong understanding of the marketing landscape and the value proposition of diverse service offerings. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, strong client relationship-building skills. - Self-motivated, results-oriented, proactive in business development, strong organizational and time-management skills. - Proficiency in CRM software/Google Sheets, willingness to travel as required, and a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
