Role and Responsibilities

• Preparation & implementation of RCM & testing thereof to evaluate internal controls and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. Prepare and/or update flowcharts to document control processes , preparation of PPT for the management .

•Monitoring existing and emerging business risks across organisation , identify automation / process improvement opportunities in relevant areas, defining what those look like, analyse and work to bring it to fruition while defining appropriate controls.

• Collaborate with department leaders to identify, evaluate, and remediate control gaps, process inefficiencies, and risk mitigation opportunities. Contribute to the annual risk assessment process, Compliance Monitoring
  
• Conducting fieldwork, preparing work papers to support conclusions, discussing findings and observations with management
  
• Coordinate with external auditors and agencies , implement the recommendation , track deficiencies, and ensure timely remediation and root cause analysis.
  

Skill & Knowledge

• Strong communication skills, writing and verbal, confident persuasive communicator (oral and written), capable of robust dialogue.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Flow chart , analytics tools is a plus.
• A proactive problem solver with strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative mindset.
• Open for frequent travel

Skill & Knowledge

• CA/CA-Inter , CPA, CIA,
  • Experience: 1-2 years in internal audit, • Compliance Knowledge: Companies ACT , Income Tax act ,FEMA & other allied laws
