Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Execute internal audit assignments across manufacturing operations
Review and evaluate internal controls, SOPs, and process compliance
Perform risk assessments and identify control gaps
Conduct audits related to inventory, production, procurement, stores, and fixed assets
Verify compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements
Prepare audit reports, observations, and actionable recommendations
Follow up on audit findings and implementation status
Assist management in improving process efficiency and risk mitigation
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes & controls
Knowledge of internal audit frameworks and risk management
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Good documentation and report-writing abilities
Proficiency in MS Excel; ERP exposure (SAP/Oracle) is an added advantage
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
