JOB DESCRIPTION

EXECUTIVE/SR. EXECUTIVE - MARKETING & SALES (TENDERING - POST ORDER)

; Responsible for handling the entire Tender Bidding Process on Online and Offline for Central & State Power Utility boards, PSUs, EPCs etc.

; Responsible for searching Tender biding opportunity from various Power Utility Customer

; Review/Scrutiny of tender documents and submitting pre-bid queries well in time to customer.

; Analyzing the technical specification and Technical Offer evaluation, vendor drawing review, etc., discuss with Engineering & Design Dept. and Project Dept. for the Optimum solution and drive the tender.

; Co-ordination with internal functional departments like Finance, Design, Purchase, Project, Quality for respective department documents required for Bid qualification.

; Timely purchasing Tender documents and issuing of EMD documents.

; Collecting offers/quotations for Bought out items and Erection/Civil Works from Purchase dept./Vendors/Contractors.

; Preparation of Cost Analysis and pricing for Project, set Cost targets for Estimation, review tender cost, internal, and bought out costs for tender.

; Ensure correctness & completeness of all technical and price bid.

; Keeping Trak and maintaining record of Tender status/opening results

; Responding to customer Post-bid queries/clarifications well in time.

; Participation in Reverse Auctions

; Responsible for offers/quotations for Private/EPC customer Enquiries/RFQs, co-ordination with customers/ Sales representative for clarifications on enquiries/RFQ’s.

; Post order support for Contract Agreement documentations

; Knowledge of Basics and detail engineering involved in Estimation of “Lot” items viz Earthing, Power & control Cable schedule, Conductors, Other auxiliary/miscellaneous items, Insulators, Cable trench material & layouts, etc.

; Preparation & updating of Vendor Registration data base.

; Maintaining and updating the documentation for respective tender/bid as per quality process. Proper documentation for handing over of the tender/project for execution.

; Analysis of the tender opening results

; Contributing to the Kaizen processes.

; Responsible for maintaining database for EMD’s submitted and collecting against closed tenders.

; SAP- SD Module & PS Module handling.
