Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Recruit and manage resources from South India, with a focus on seamless onboarding and support.
Oversee the entire operational lifecycle of individuals, from scheduling and deployment to performance monitoring and payment processing.
Act as the main point of contact for individuals, providing timely operational assistance.
Ensure smooth execution of all assignments by optimizing resource allocation and adherence to schedules.
Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency in resource management.
Maintain accurate records and generate performance reports for data-driven decisions.

Preferred candidate profile

Fluency in speaking and understanding Malayalam is essential. Proficiency in Kannada and Telugu will be a significant advantage for effective regional engagement.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive problem-solver keen to learn and adapt quickly.
Excellent communicator who builds strong relationships.
Self-motivated and effective both independently and in a team.
Comfortable with data management and reporting, with an eye for efficiency.
Eager to contribute to process improvements.
