Executive/Sr. Executive

As an Executive/Senior Executive in the Marketing department, you will report to the Branch Head. The ideal candidate should have a graduation/post-graduation in Marketing with 0-4 years of experience. The dress code includes a specified dress code along with an ID card, and duty hours will be as per scheduled requirements. Male candidates are preferred for this position. Your main responsibilities will include increasing market share through higher penetration and awareness of the hospital. This involves tying up with referral marketing, general practitioners, PSU, MNC, and corporate entities to generate leads. You will be responsible for monitoring and keeping track of generated leads, identifying and contacting potential customers, and developing strategies for marketing and sales management. It is essential to maintain an updated monthly sales/marketing database and to establish and develop relationships with both existing and potential customers to promote sales. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills and must have experience in the healthcare industry.
