Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Executive to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives across both ATL and BTL channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of planning and managing integrated marketing campaigns, strengthening brand presence, and driving measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead brand strategy, positioning, and messaging across all channels.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behaviour and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.


ATL Marketing:

  • Plan and oversee traditional media campaigns including TV, Radio, Print and Outdoor.
  • Liaise with creative and media agencies for campaign planning, execution and performance tracking.
  • Monitor media spends, ensure ROI and optimize campaigns based on analytics and insights.


BTL Marketing:

  • Actively engage with customers to promote services through field activities and on-ground events.
  • Plan and manage stall operations at expos, exhibitions, trade fairs, and public gatherings.
  • Coordinate with event organizers, internal departments, and vendors for seamless event execution.
  • Adapt quickly to live event changes and field-level requirements.
  • Approach corporates and institutions for partnerships and strategic business tie-ups.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and field research to uncover trends and opportunities.


Digital Marketing:

  • Collaborate with digital teams for 360-degree campaign execution, integrating online and offline efforts.
  • Understand basic performance metrics (CPM, CTR, CPL, ROI) and how they contribute to brand and business outcomes.

Brand & Strategic Marketing:

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead branding initiatives to ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising agencies, media vendors, and marketing partners.
  • Collaborate with digital, sales, and product teams for cross-functional marketing projects.
  • Manage marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring cost-effective campaigns with strong ROI.
  • Prepare performance reports and insights for leadership and stakeholder reviews.


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).


Experience:

  • 3-6 years of progressive experience in marketing roles or field promotions.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Ability to learn aspects of media planning, brand management and event execution.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel as per campaign and event requirements.
  • Self-driven, strategic thinker and a proactive leader.
