POSITION:

Sales Manager/ Sales Executive (Solution Selling)

  • Business Solution Selling and Consultative Selling based on software products
  • Planning and meeting sales targets
  • Executing complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing, billing and collections
  • Need identification and value proposition
  • Mapping decision makers
  • Lead generation from multiple sources - Enriching database Conducting customer research,
  • Promoting industry-specific solutions (focus on BFSI and tech-driven industries)
  • Account Management Developing and leveraging customer relationships
  • Creating thought-leadership content for delivering compelling sales pitches
  • Organizing Product Demos with the help of pre-sales team
  • Other selling traits required for hunting & conducting effective sales.

QUALIFICATION

Engineering/ MBA degree

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 4+ years experience.

DESIRED PROFILE

  • Experience in Selling Software Solution Products in Banking, NBFC, Insurance preferred
  • Enthusiastic and optimistic personality

ESSENTIAL

  • Very good in verbal and written communication
  • Very good in presentations skills
  • Highly passionate and result oriented
  • Field sales experience of closing medium to large size solution sales
