Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Manager with 4+ years of experience to support our business process automation, document management, and mobile imaging solutions. The ideal candidate delivering compelling solutions to potential clients in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain. Role & responsibilities Business Solution Selling and Consultative Selling based on software products Planning and meeting sales targets Executing complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing, billing and collections Need identification and value proposition Mapping decision makers Lead generation from multiple sources - Enriching database Conducting customer research, Promoting industry-specific solutions (focus on BFSI and tech-driven industries) Account Management Developing and leveraging customer relationships Creating thought-leadership content for delivering compelling sales pitches Organizing Product Demos with the help of pre-sales team Other selling traits required for hunting & conducting effective sales. Preferred candidate profile Experience in Selling Software Solution Products in Banking, NBFC, Insurance preferred Enthusiastic and optimistic personality
