Job Description

Job Summary : We are looking for a passionate and target-driven International Sales Executive to lead sales initiatives for our kids wear fashion brand across global markets. The ideal candidate will identify international business opportunities, build strong B2B/B2C client relationships, and help grow our brand presence across overseas markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential clients (retailers, wholesalers, fashion distributors) in international markets

Generate B2B & B2C leads through networking, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, trade platforms, and fashion expos

Promote the company’s garments and fashion products to international buyers via digital platforms and direct interaction

Manage and grow accounts in key markets such as the USA, Europe, Middle East, and Southeast Asia

Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts while ensuring alignment with brand positioning and profitability

Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction

Monitor fashion market trends, competitor activities, and regional demand patterns to guide product development and sales strategy

Maintain client records, manage CRM, and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports

Handle export-related documentation, compliance, and communication with freight forwarders or customs agents

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, International Trade, or related field

2–5 years of experience in international sales, preferably in the fashion/garment

Strong understanding of fashion product categories of kids wear.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English (additional languages are a bonus)

Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and e-commerce platforms

Knowledge of export procedures, international shipping, and payment methods (LC, TT, PayPal, etc.)

Ability to travel internationally for exhibitions, client meetings, and brand promotion activities

Preferred Qualities:

Previous exposure to global fashion buyers in the kids wear category

Understanding of seasonal trends and global fashion calendars

Experience with international trade shows (like Pitti Bimbo, Playtime Paris, etc.)

Strong relationship management and follow-up skills

Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset

Salary Range: No Bar for right Candidate
