Job Description

Sampling Coordination:
Follow up with design, production, and quality teams to track the status of sample development.
Ensure timely completion of sampling based on priority or project deadlines.
Sample Kit Preparation:
Prepare sample kits accurately as per specifications.
Label samples with correct product details, specifications, or codes.
Ensure proper packing, presentation, and quality check of sample kits before dispatch.
Communication & Follow-up:
Maintain clear communication with sales, marketing, or client service teams regarding sample requirements and delivery timelines.
Send regular updates on sample status to the concerned teams.
Follow up with courier/logistics partners for timely sample dispatch and delivery.
Documentation & Record Keeping:
Maintain records of samples developed, dispatched, and pending.
Update internal tracking sheets or software for all sample movements.
Prepare weekly or monthly reports of sampling activity.
Stock & Material Management:
Monitor stock of sampling materials, packaging items, swatch cards, tags, etc.
Raise requests for replenishment when needed to ensure smooth operations.
