Role & responsibilities

  • Patient Experience / Patient Satisfaction
  • Work towards improving overall patient experience and satisfaction.
  • Monitor Patient Satisfaction Score and strive to maintain it above 85%.
  • Develop strategies to reduce patient complaints and encourage positive feedback, aiming for a reduction of more than 10%.
  • Process Improvement-Focus on quality improvement initiatives within the organization.
  • Identify and address billing errors, with the goal of reducing staff-related mistakes leading to refunds by 1.5% or more.
  • Ensure demographic accuracy in patient records, striving for 100% accuracy
  • Maximize billing accuracy in the Medical Health Center (MHC), maintaining a 100% accuracy rate, except in cases of technical issues reported.
  • Monitor and ensure staff discipline and grooming standards are met, with a target of 90%, manually tracked for each staff member.
  • Promote online payment methods, targeting a contribution of 30% of total bills generated.
  • Work towards reducing OPD billing time to less than 5 minutes.
  • Revenue Impact - Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to enhance OP to Lab & Diagnostic conversion rates (to be confirmed with Seema Mam), aiming for a 30% improvement.
  • Ensure timely submission of scrolls with 100% adherence to the 24-hour Turnaround Time (TAT).
  • Maintain a 100% adherence rate for credit bill processing within 24 hours

Candidate must know

Well versed with MS Office i.e. Excel, word, Tally etc.
