Job Description

Training Coordination

Prepare training-related SOPs and induction training schedules for new employees.
Evaluate induction training programs and collect specimen signatures of new joiners.
Coordinate with department heads to prepare job responsibilities and on-the-job training schedules.
Identify training needs in coordination with departments and prepare GMP/safety training schedules.
Conduct and coordinate SOP and GMP training programs.

Access Control & Compliance

Activate, modify, and deactivate electronic access control in the facility as per employee roles.
Ensure compliance with GMP standards and participate in training programs.

LIMS & TRIMS Administration

Manage administrative activities related to LIMS and TRIMS systems.
Handle CRNs (Change Request Notes), incidents, and CAPAs related to training and documentation.

Document Control

Maintain custody, issue, and control of all master documents including SOPs, STPs, protocols, and batch records.
Control, issue, and retrieval of formats and registers.
Store, retrieve, and control retention of all completed documents (including software).
Issue and reconcile batch record documents and worksheets for record of analysis.
Allocate batch numbers for production documentation.
