We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Executive Trainee in Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve organizational goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth. Identify and mitigate risks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal customers. Job Requirements Strong understanding of the BFSI sector, particularly in small finance banking.
