Key Responsibilities: Lead GenerationConduct outbound calls and send emails to potential clients to generate new business opportunities. Qualify leads based on customer needs and potential fit with our offerings. Sales Engagement Engage with prospects and existing clients to understand their requirements, provide product information, and recommend solutions that meet their needs. Sales Conversion Convert leads into sales by effectively presenting our products or services, addressing client objections, and closing deals. Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups, personalized communication, and exceptional service. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. CRM Management Accurately enter and update client information, interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system. Track sales progress, manage pipeline, and report on performance metrics. Market Research Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Use insights to tailor sales approaches and identify new business opportunities. Product Knowledge Maintain a deep understanding of our products or services, including features, benefits, and pricing. Provide accurate information and demonstrations to clients. Collaboration Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to ensure alignment on sales strategies, lead generation, and campaign execution.
