Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end hiring

  — from understanding requirements to sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.  

• Strengthen candidate pipelines

  through proactive outreach, networking, and effective use of recruitment platforms. 

• Enhance the candidate's experience

  by maintaining clear communication and ensuring timely updates throughout the hiring journey. 

• Collaborate with hiring managers

  to align on requirements and provide data-driven insights for better decision-making. 

• Ensure seamless onboarding and documentation

  , making the transition smooth for new joiners. 

• Maintain accuracy in HR records and processes

  linked to recruitment, ensuring compliance and efficiency. 

• Continuously improve TA practices

  by identifying gaps, implementing best practices, and contributing to a stronger employer brand. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 

• 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition

  (experience in Beauty, Personal Care, or FMCG industry preferred). 
• Strong understanding of recruitment tools, channels, and practices. 
• Good knowledge of onboarding and HR documentation as part of the recruitment process. 
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
