Your Role
As a Executive for Supply Growth Acquisition at StayVista, You will be responsible for scouting and evaluating potential hotel, serviced apartment, and residence properties, building a strong opportunity pipeline, and conducting key financial feasibility checks. You will negotiate and close agreements with property owners, coordinate with internal teams for onboarding, maintain broker and owner relationships, and stay updated on market and competitive trends.
About You

Having own bike or car for field scouting.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to build and manage relationships with property owners and decision-makers.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with on-ground field work.

Knowledge of hospitality, rental markets, or commercial negotiations is a strong plus.

Willingness to travel frequently.

1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Real Estate Acquisition, Hospitality Supply, or City Launch roles.

This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs.

- Prior experience in acquiring villas is an added advantage.
Key Metrics: what you will drive and achieve

Drive monthly room sign-ups by building a strong acquisition funnel across targeted micro-markets.

Ensure smooth onboarding and high satisfaction of property owners while monitoring market, ARR, occupancy, and competitive trends.

Identify and convert new supply opportunities, including upcoming projects and distressed inventory.
