Executive

• Source and procure raw materials, consumables, and services as per requirements.
• Negotiate with vendors for best prices, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Maintain approved vendor lists and ensure regular vendor evaluation.
• Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery and resolve discrepancies.

• Monitor stock levels and ensure optimum inventory.
• Coordinate with stores for material receipt, issue, and stock reconciliation.
• Maintain and update inventory records in ERP or relevant system.

• Plan and coordinate dispatch of finished goods as per sales or customer schedules.
• Liaise with transporters for timely pickup and delivery.
• Prepare dispatch documents such as invoices, packing lists, and e-way bills.
• Track shipments and ensure on-time deliveries.

• Coordinate between production, sales, accounts, and stores for smooth flow of materials and information.
• Maintain accurate records for purchase orders, GRNs, and dispatch details.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly SCM reports.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements (GST, transport regulations, etc.).
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and suggest process improvements.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of procurement and logistics operations.
• Familiarity with ERP / SCM software.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
