1) 3+ years of experience in Production role with shopfloor experience.
2) Should have problem solving & good English communication skills.
3) Ability to handle manpower, Machine Production Planning, supervise the shop floor 35+ people.
4) Knowledge of ESD, 5S, KAIZEN, Continuous improvement & EHS.
5) Ability to communicate including verbal and written English.
6) Obtain required materials and tooling for assigned jobs
7) Prioritize and complete all tasks required to process product.
8) Manage time and efficiency to complete assigned job on time.
9) Identify, troubleshoot, and communicate any issues or problems encountered during setup or while processing product with respective concern teams.
