Role & responsibilities

Tele Sales Executive

Preferred candidate profile

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to explain products/services and generate sales.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to promote suitable products.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain ongoing communication to nurture sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales using CRM tools.
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets for sales and call volume.
  • Handle objections professionally and turn cold calls into productive conversations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries related to the products/services.
  • Work closely with the sales team to improve results and gather market feedback.
