Job Title: OTC Order to Cash (Credit & Collections) Designation : Executive / Sr. Executive Location: Noida Shifts - 7Am- 4PM ( Day shifts) Job Description: ManpowerGroup is seeking an experienced Order to Cash (OTC) professional with a strong background in Credit & Collections to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end cash flow operations, ensuring effective credit risk management, and implementing collections strategies on a global scale. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the Credit & Collections process within the Order to Cash (OTC) cycle. Develop and implement strategies to minimize credit risk while optimizing cash flow. Ensure timely collections of outstanding payments and resolve any disputes or issues related to outstanding invoices. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to maintain accurate records and reporting of credit and collections activities. Monitor and analyze credit exposure, and provide recommendations for credit limits and payment terms. Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management regarding the credit and collections status. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Strong experience in Credit & Collections within an Order to Cash (OTC) process. Proven global experience in managing credit risk and implementing collections strategies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication skills with the ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders. In-depth knowledge of financial reporting and compliance standards.
