Job Title: Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive (Channel Sales / Dealer Sales / B2B Sales) Location: Raipur, India Company: Western Refrigeration Pvt Ltd About Western Refrigeration Pvt Ltd: Western Refrigeration Pvt Ltd, a pioneer in the Indian commercial refrigeration industry, was the first manufacturer of Visi-coolers in India. Over the past decade, Western has grown at a CAGR of 30%, with 35% of sales coming from exports. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales and achieve targets for commercial refrigeration equipment. Manage and expand relationships with dealers & Distributors, and B2B clients. Analyze market trends, gather insights, and position our products effectively. Provide excellent customer service and handle post-sales support. Requirements: Minimum 3+ years of experience in channel sales, dealer sales, or B2B sales (preferably in refrigeration or related industries). Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and grow business. Ability to work independently and travel within the region.
