Hiring for RTR Role Location - Noida Shift- 8AM to 5PM Preferred CA qualified or CA Inter Key Responsibilities: Financial and Statutory Reporting: Lead and manage the full spectrum of financial and accounting functions for the regional office. Oversee the month-end and quarter-end closing processes, ensuring the timely and accurate completion of accounting tasks. Create and post all necessary accounting entries in the Accounting System and prepare journal vouchers for non-routine entries. Prepare monthly financial reports and submit them to the global office. Perform cost variance analysis and prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements. Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns and liaise with external auditors for the annual statutory audit. Assist with the preparation of annual tax returns in collaboration with the appointed tax agent. Payments & Collections: Manage weekly payments to suppliers, including the issuance of checks, GIRO payments, and TT transfers. Oversee the collection of intercompany and other receivables. Review and ensure the timely processing of employee payroll and claims, ensuring compliance with company T&E policies. Regional Recharges & True-Up Process: Lead the regional recharges and true-up process, issuing intercompany invoices and managing monthly settlements for regional offices. Ensure that all recharges and settlements are completed accurately and on time. Internal Controls & Process Improvements: Develop, document, and improve internal policies, procedures, and controls to streamline accounting processes and ensure compliance. Conduct reviews of employee claims to ensure adherence to company policies and controls. Forecasting & Budgeting: Collaborate with Cost Centre Owners to develop and maintain accurate budgets and forecasts for regional offices. Provide insightful financial analysis to management, identifying cost-saving opportunities and strategies to improve profitability. Analyze budget and forecast variances, advising management on potential risks, opportunities, and corrective actions. Treasury & Cash Management: Essential : Manage daily cash flow for the APME region under centralized cash pool management. Essential : Analyze cash positions on a daily basis, determine borrowing requirements, and make funding decisions accordingly. Essential : Perform cash flow forecasting and reconciliation of actual vs. forecasted cash flows. Manage relationships with key banking partners and financial institutions to ensure effective service delivery. Review and optimize cash flow management processes, including borrowing, funding, and short-term liquidity management. Assist in evaluating and implementing corporate treasury activities and ad-hoc treasury projects. Regional Financial Analysis & Reporting: Review actual financial results for all APME countries and provide variance analysis. Oversee the preparation of monthly financial packages, including balance sheets and other key financial reports. Conduct monthly closing activities at the regional level, including OUP flash reporting and DSO/AR overdue analysis. Perform in-depth financial analysis of monthly management reports, quarterly forecasts, and strategic three-year plans. Prepare ad-hoc country analysis and reports for regional management. Other Responsibilities: Support the implementation of new financial reporting systems and upgrades to enhance financial processes. Ensure that internal controls are consistently met and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external parties. Undertake any other duties or projects as assigned by management. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Masters degree or professional qualification such as CPA, CMA, or CFA is a plus). CA qualified or CA Inter Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Experience with statutory reporting, tax returns, and liaising with external auditors. Proficiency in financial accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
