Role & responsibilities Responsibility of Recruitement ( Executive / Sr. Executive ) 1. Identifying manpower requirements, taking them up to the HR Head for approval 2. Creating job descriptions for required manpower, advertising them to get best candidates and handling the employment process 3. Reviewing CVs, shortlisting candidates and assisting in the recruitment process 4. Handling the orientation of new employees 5. Conducting training sessions for old and new employees of the organization 6. Handling performance management procedure and appraisals is a key task in hr executive job description. 7. Maintaining records, attendance and data of each employee and providing them to the management team when required 8. Conducting exit interviews with outgoing employees. 9. Handling employee grievances, if any and updating the employees with policies, compliances, and regulations 10. Overseeing safety and health of the employees 11. Handling the orientation of new employees 12. Conducting SWAT analysis of each employee and counselling them on the areas that need improvement 13. Handling and managing data/records of each employee of the organization. Responsibility for Payroll ( Executive / Sr. Executive ) 1. Manage and process monthly payroll for more than thousands of salaried and contractual employees using payroll software with the team. 2. Responsible for the maintenance and development of accurate and efficient payroll systems, procedures & defined Standard Operating Procedures [SOP]. 3. Ensuring accurate and timely processing of all payroll related activities through co-ordination with the regional HR team. 4. Prepare reconciliation statements between Finance and HR payroll data. 5. Maintaining and updating Master file for Salary and allowances plus preparation of reports and statistics. 6. Process tax forecasts, TDS certificates etc. from time to time. 7. Coordinate with Bank for account opening purpose. 8. Coordinate all exit formalities like clearance, calculation of F&F. 9. Accurate and timely submission of all statutory requirements related to PF, Professional Tax, and Gratuity etc. 10. Preparation of manual Headcount, New Hire, Terminations, Transfers, Salary Changes, Leaves report Changes, Leaves report reconciliation. 11. Single point of contact for all MIS reports and updating all related dashboards on regular basis. 12. Responsible for all internal/external audit of compliance. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 4 years experience for Sr. Executive and 8 years for Managerial role in similar role. Very good skills in Advanced Excel. Effective verbal & listening communication skills. Demonstrate sound work ethics. Team worker, Self-disciplined and attentive.
