Job Description

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

Manage onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and exit formalities.
Maintain employee records and ensure HRIS accuracy (Greythr preferred).
Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and ensure smooth operations on-site.
Conduct induction, documentation, and full & final settlements.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (50% White Collar)

End-to-end recruitment for warehouse and HO roles.
Collaborate with managers to close positions within defined timelines.
Source profiles via portals, referrals, and networking.
Manage onboarding and joining formalities for new hires.

Candidature

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
2-5 years of HR generalist/operations experience (preferably in warehouse, retail, or manufacturing).
Strong knowledge of attendance, payroll, and compliance processes.
Excellent communication, coordination, and Excel skills.
