Executive/ Sr Executive Air Freight (Hyderabad)

Location:

Secunderabad, Hyderabad

What is your role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to manage Air Import and Export Operations along with Pricing activities The role involves handling shipment documentation, coordinating with carriers and customers, preparing competitive quotations, and ensuring efficient, compliant, and cost-effective movement of air cargo

Job responsibilities

: Handle end-to-end air freight operations for both import and export shipments Prepare and manage all shipping and customs documentation (AWB, Shipping Bill, Delivery Order, etc) Coordinate with airlines, consolidators, and overseas agents for rates, bookings, and shipment schedules Prepare competitive quotations, negotiate freight rates, and maintain pricing records Track shipments, send pre-alerts, and up customers on cargo status Liaise with customs brokers and terminals for timely clearance and delivery Review reports, itor costs, and ensure operational efficiency and profitability Ensure compliance with all import/export regulations and company standards

What are we seeking for

: Should be fluent in English A smiling face, a healthy mind and body, and a positive attitude are a must Strong organizational and multitasking skills Knowledge on operational procedures for handling Air shipments Good experience with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
