Executive Documentation CHA (Mumbai)

What is your role

The role involves managing and verifying all import and export documentation while ensuring full compliance with customs regulations.

Job responsibilities

: Prepare, verify, and manage all necessary documentation required for import/export shipments. Ensure compliance with customs rules, regulations, and procedures. Maintain up-to- knowledge of customs notifications, duties, and taxes applicable to imports/exports. Coordinate with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure timely clearance of goods. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to documentation or customs clearance.

What are we seeking for

: Should be fluent in English. A smiling face, a healthy mind and body, and a positive attitude are a must. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Knowledge on Customs Tariff and Hs Code. Knowledge of Checklist Preparation / E-Sanchit. Knowledge of ICEGATE Uploading. Knowledge of Free Trade Agreements. Knowledge on Dgft Scheme Code Knowledge- Deec /Epcg ,s Rodtep Air /Sea Cargo Tracking Knowledge. Good experience with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
