We are looking for a results-driven
Executive - SEO
to lead our organic growth strategies in the Indian market. You will be responsible for driving search visibility, increasing organic traffic, and improving conversions across multiple digital platforms. This role requires a blend of technical SEO expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to manage a team and execute high-impact SEO campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- SEO Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement data-driven SEO strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic for the Indian market.
- On-Page & Technical SEO: Optimize website structure, content, metadata, and internal linking to enhance search visibility. Conduct regular site audits and implement fixes.
- Off-Page SEO & Link Building: Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
- Content & Keyword Optimization: Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO-friendly content, targeting high-intent keywords.
- Local & E-commerce SEO: Optimize for Google My Business, local search, and e-commerce platforms (if applicable).
- Marketplace SEO: Optimize product listings, conduct keyword research, improve rankings, analyze performance, enhance visibility, manage content, track trends, and drive organic traffic & product sales.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key SEO KPIs (traffic, rankings, conversions) using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs. Generate reports with actionable insights.
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers, content creators, and digital marketing teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- SEO Trends & Algorithm Updates: Stay updated on Google algorithm changes and emerging SEO trends to implement best practices.
Requirements
✅
1+ years of SEO experience.
✅ In-depth knowledge of
Google’s algorithms, ranking factors, and search engine best practices
.✅ Hands-on experience with
SEO tools
like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.✅ Strong understanding of
technical SEO
, including schema markup, site speed, and mobile optimization.✅ Experience with
content marketing & keyword research
tailored for the Indian audience.
