Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive/ Senior Executive - CRM to join our CRM department. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 6 years of experience in customer relationship management and collections and registration . The Executive/ Senior Executive - CRM will be responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving customer issues, and ensuring timely collection of payments registration process.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer relationships, satisfaction, and manage the end-to-end registration process accurately and timely.
  
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally while coordinating with other departments for documentation, approvals, and seamless service delivery.
  
• Work closely with the collections team to ensure timely payments and maintain up-to-date customer and registration records.
  
• Analyze customer data and registration progress to identify trends, resolve issues, and drive process improvements.
  
• Prepare reports for management, ensure compliance with regulations, and train junior staff on customer service and registration procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  
• 1 to 6 years of experience in customer relationship management, collections, and registration processes.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work well in a team.
