Falck is looking for a Senior Customer Service Executive to join our Assistance team to handle calls from customers and provide support to them in the event of illness or accidents while travelling worldwide. You are required to answer telephone calls, respond to emails, and ensure appropriate assistance service are delivered in a timely manner. Desired Candidate Profile A minimum of 3 years experience with previous customer service and Health care experience, preferred. Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills (Fluent in English). Proficient with MS Office and the ability to navigate multiple platforms Capacity to navigate stressful situations with ease. Ability to work as part of a team. Available to work in day and night shifts. University/college degree in any stream. Remuneration: Best in the industry.

Claims Executive Responsibilities: Receiving and answering emails, telephone calls related to claims Advice policyholders on claim procedure Ensure fair settlement of a claim with TAT Manage all administration aspects of the claim Adhere to legal requirements, industry regulations and customer quality standards set by the company. Handle any complaints associated with a claim Claims Executive Requirements: A bachelor's degree in any discipline. At least 2-4 years' experience as a claims handler or a similar role. Excellent time management skills and organizational abilities. Top-notch client interaction skills. Ability to work in a high-pressure environment. A general understanding of insurance terminology and abbreviations. Attention to detail and process-orientated thinking. The ability to work independently and multitask. Proficient in basic computer handling.

Roles and Responsibilities Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information on insurance policies, claims processing, and other related services to customers. Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling of products or services based on customer needs. Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce). Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues that require escalation.

1. Ensure customer satisfaction of the highest order for all medical projects and services as assigned by the organization. 2. Maintain and continually improve the quality of medical service delivery. 3. Ensure that there is alignment and cooperation between medical team and operations team for seamless execution of designated projects and services. 4. Scrutiny of medical documents and adjudication of the international travel insurance policy holders. 5. Assess the eligibility of international travel insurance related medical claims and determine financial outcomes. 6. Determine accuracy of medical documents. 7. Processing the case as per policy terms & condition of the respective insurance companies. 8. Coordinating & communicating with the other departments for processing the claim. 9. Coordinating with insurance company for specific approvals. 10. Handling the grievance related to the medical rejection/ denial of the Cashless request as well as re-reimbursement claims. 11. Providing the Quality services by keeping the minimum TAT. 12. Involved in Analyzing Medical Reports to Process Medical Claims. 13. Any other roles and responsibilities assigned form time to time related to the medical projects being managed by the organization beyond international travel insurance. Education and experience: BAMS/BHMS Must having experience with TPA.
