We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Accountant to join our dynamic accounting team. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience in the accounting field, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices. The Sr. Accountant will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulations.
- Prepare and analyze cash flow statements
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
- Provide support to the finance team in various ad-hoc projects and initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3-8 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
