Job Summary:

Management Trainee Sales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and assist in

    end-to-end sales processes

    including client interaction, site visits, negotiations, and documentation.
  • Support the team in

    lead generation, cold calling, and client follow-ups

  • Understand project offerings, pricing strategies, and USPs of various real estate developments.
  • Conduct

    market research

    and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Attend client meetings and

    property showings

    with senior sales executives.
  • Maintain CRM tools and ensure

    accurate client data management
