Job Description

Job Summary:

Management Trainee Sales

Key Responsibilities:

Learn and assist in
end-to-end sales processes
including client interaction, site visits, negotiations, and documentation.
Support the team in
lead generation, cold calling, and client follow-ups
.
Understand project offerings, pricing strategies, and USPs of various real estate developments.
Conduct
market research
and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and campaigns.
Attend client meetings and
property showings
with senior sales executives.
Maintain CRM tools and ensure
accurate client data management
.
Achieve training KPIs and contribute towards
monthly sales targets
.
Provide customer feedback to internal teams for process and product improvement.

Required Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for sales and real estate
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Good presentation and negotiation skills
Proficient in MS Office
