Executive Search Intern

We are looking for an Intern who can support our Executive Search team by helping with candidate searches, organizing project information, and keeping everything running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being organized and contributing to successful hiring projects.

Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end ES (Executive Search) project execution, including candidate sourcing, assessments, and interview coordination.
• Develop and maintain project trackers, status reports, and documentation throughout the ES lifecycle. Conduct market and talent mapping research to support the identification of qualified candidates.
• Assist in the design and refinement of ES templates and tools for operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to align on project goals and deliverables.
• Assist in preparing client-ready presentations, candidate briefs, and progress reports.
• Ensure all recruitment and search activities are compliant with company policies and legal regulations. Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines effectively.
• Uphold confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive client and candidate information.
• Take initiative in identifying opportunities for process improvement within the ES service line.
• Contribute to team discussions and offer insights on project strategy and market dynamics.
