Job Summary

We are looking for a highly driven Executive Search professional to lead senior-level talent acquisition for our organization. The role involves partnering with leadership teams, understanding business needs, mapping talent markets, and managing end-to-end executive hiring processes to ensure the placement of top-tier leaders.

• Partner with business leaders and HR teams to understand leadership hiring needs.
• Design and execute executive search strategies tailored to each mandate.
• Conduct market mapping, headhunting, and networking to identify top executive talent.
• Manage candidate outreach, assessments, and engagement throughout the search process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior candidates and industry leaders.
• Present shortlists of qualified executives with detailed candidate assessments.
• Facilitate interview processes, manage negotiations, and support final offer closure.
• Track and report progress on executive hiring projects, ensuring timely delivery.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and ethical standards in handling executive-level searches.
• Develop talent pipelines for future leadership positions.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Strong interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple executive mandates with discretion and professionalism.
