Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Search Professional located in Thane. The role involves conducting talent searches, managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, and building strong relationships with clients and candidates. Daily tasks include identifying leadership talent, assessing qualifications, preparing candidate reports, and advising clients on industry trends and hiring strategies. Collaboration with team members and providing input for process improvement are integral to the role.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in talent acquisition, executive search, and recruitment strategies.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills, including client and candidate engagement.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills for interacting with executives and stakeholders.
• Understanding of industry-specific recruitment in sectors like Technology, FinTech, or Renewable Energy is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple searches simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
