**Job Description:** As a leading provider of innovative window, door, and movable glass wall systems, INFI WINDOW SYSTEM is dedicated to offering unique solutions to maximize the efficiency of existing spaces with our "INFIWIN" systems. We are currently looking for a Store Manager and Area Sales Representative to join our team. **Role Overview:** As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Infi Window System showroom. Your key responsibilities will include maintaining the showroom, attending to walk-in customers, managing product displays, and overseeing inventory. As the Area Sales Representative for Gurgaon & South Delhi, you will be tasked with identifying and developing new business opportunities in the assigned region. Your duties will involve meeting with architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors to promote Infi Window products, conducting site visits, product demos, preparing quotations, and achieving sales targets. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee daily operations of the Infi Window System showroom. - Ensure the showroom is well-maintained, organized, and customer-ready at all times. - Attend to walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and offer tailored solutions. - Maintain product displays, samples, and marketing materials. - Manage inventory of display units, brochures, and other promotional material. - Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned region. - Meet architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors to promote Infi Window products. - Conduct site visits, product demos, and follow-ups to close sales. - Prepare and send quotations, follow up on leads, and negotiate deals. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. **Qualifications Required:** - Proven experience in sales, preferably in premium home improvement, fenestration, or building material products. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage a store and also travel locally for area sales. - Self-motivated and target-driven. - Basic understanding of CRM or sales tracking tools. - Fluent in English and Hindi.
