Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven individual with 0 to 3 years of experience to join our team as an Executive - Sales (B2C Inside Sales) in Bengaluru/Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have a passion for B2C sales and be self-driven to work in an outbound inside sales environment.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Proactively identify cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with existing customers.
  • Solicit references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide insights for product portfolio improvement based on customer interaction and feedback.
  • Manage pre-sales to post-sales support activities for assigned products/geographies, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota achievement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term partnerships.
