Position Summary
The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing customer relationships, generating new business, and achieving sales targets for the above product lines in the Chennai region

Product Portfolio - G5 Life Sciences

  • Heidolph - Rotary evaporators, overhead stirrers, shakers, mixers
  • Radleys - Reaction stations, synthesis tools, automation solutions
  • Polyscience - Chillers, temperature control systems
  • Rotzmeier - Laboratory equipment and specialty instruments
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and manage business opportunities in Pharma, Biotech, Chemical, and Academic research sectors.
  • Promote and demonstrate Heidolph, Radleys, Polyscience, and Rotzmeier product solutions to customers.
  • Conduct customer visits, technical discussions, product presentations, and demonstrations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, end users, and influencers.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
  • Coordinate with application specialists and service teams for product trials, installations, and support.
  • Generate weekly and monthly sales reports (pipeline, forecast, visit reports).
  • Participate in seminars, workshops, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
  • Ensure timely submission of quotations, tenders, and follow-ups for order closures.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to support strategic planning.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor s degree in Science (Chemistry, Biotechnology, Life Sciences) or Engineering preferred.
  • 1-4 years of experience in scientific/laboratory equipment sales (preferred).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical products and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
