We are seeking a motivated and experienced BESS Sales Executive to drive the sales and business development efforts for our Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in technical sales within the solar or DG (Diesel Generator) industries and be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing BESS opportunities in the commercial & industrial (C&I) and utility sectors.

• Business Development & Sales: Identify and develop new business opportunities for BESS solutions (standalone or hybrid with solar/wind) with utilities, IPPs, EPCs, developers, and C&I customers.
• Client Engagement: Generate leads, build and maintain strong client relationships, and conduct client meetings and technical presentations.
• Techno-Commercial Proposals: Understand client energy requirements and prepare comprehensive proposals including system specifications, cost breakdowns, ROI calculations, and financing options.
• Negotiation & Closure: Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and agreements to effectively close sales deals and meet/exceed monthly/annual sales targets.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, government policies, and emerging technologies in the energy storage sector to provide strategic insights to management.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering, R&D, and project delivery teams to ensure accurate solution proposals and seamless project execution.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain and track the sales pipeline using CRM tools and provide regular forecasts and reports.
• Industry Representation: Represent Festa Solar at exhibitions, seminars, and industry events to promote BESS solutions and enhance brand visibility.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
